Privacy Policy

Effective date: August 5, 2026  ·  Comply iV LLC, a Nevada limited liability company

This Privacy Policy explains how Comply iV LLC (“Comply iV,” “we,” “us“) collects, uses, and protects information in connection with our website and platform. It applies to visitors to complyiv.com and to representatives of client organizations (“Client“). It does not apply to Client Data that Comply iV processes on Client’s behalf as a service provider — that processing is governed by the applicable order form and our Terms of Service.

1. Information We Collect

Information you provide. Name, company, work email, phone number, and message content submitted through our contact form, risk-report request, or in the course of an engagement.

Client Data processed on your behalf. If you are a client, we process call records, consent records, dialing metadata, and related compliance data that you or your systems submit to our platform, solely to deliver the monitoring, screening, and reporting services described in your order form. We act as a service provider/processor with respect to this data, not as its owner.

Usage and device information. IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and similar technical data collected automatically via standard web logging and analytics when you visit our site.

2. How We Use Information

We use information to: operate and improve the platform; deliver monitoring, screening, and reporting services; respond to inquiries and schedule conversations; send service and account communications; detect and prevent fraud, abuse, or security incidents; and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use Client Data to build products for anyone other than the Client to whom it belongs, except in de-identified, aggregated form as permitted under our Terms of Service.

3. How We Share Information

We share information only as follows: with subprocessors and service providers (such as hosting, storage, and analytics vendors) who process it on our behalf under confidentiality and data-protection obligations; with professional advisors (auditors, insurers, legal counsel); in connection with a merger, financing, or sale of assets, subject to continued protection under this Policy; and when required by law, subpoena, court order, or valid legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Comply iV, our clients, or others.

We do not share Client Data with other clients or use one client’s data to benefit another.

4. Data Retention

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the services, maintain accurate business and compliance records, and satisfy legal, accounting, or reporting obligations. Client Data is retained per the retention terms in the applicable order form and deleted or returned upon request following termination, except where retention is required by law or for the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims.

5. Security

We maintain administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. If we become aware of a security incident affecting your information, we will notify affected parties as required by applicable law.

6. Cookies and Analytics

Our website uses cookies and similar technologies to operate core functionality, remember preferences, and understand aggregate usage through analytics tools. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling them may affect site functionality.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, and to opt out of certain processing. This includes rights available to California residents under the CCPA/CPRA and to residents of other states with comparable privacy laws. To exercise these rights, contact us at privacy@complyiv.com. We will verify your request and respond within the time required by applicable law.

If you are the data subject of information within Client Data processed on a client’s behalf, please direct your request to that client directly — we act on the client’s instructions with respect to that data.

8. Children's Privacy

Our services are directed to businesses and are not intended for individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

9. Disputes, Mediation, and Governing Law

Any dispute arising out of or relating to this Privacy Policy is subject to the governing law, mandatory mediation, class-action waiver, and jury-trial waiver provisions of our Terms of Service, which are incorporated here by reference. In summary: disputes are governed by Nevada law and must first go through good-faith mediation in Clark County, Nevada, before any lawsuit may be filed, and any resulting litigation is exclusive to the courts of Clark County, Nevada.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. We will post the revised version with an updated effective date, and will notify active clients of material changes.
